Ideal Experience range: 6 - 9 yearsPosition: 1Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant or LawyerGeneral Responsibility:Good analytical skills with the ability to research on legal databases.Knowledge of case laws with relevant legal framework, a good understanding of regulatory updates and a basic understanding of its impact on the assigned clients.Good command of English and drafting skills (most critical).Ability to create and disseminate updates on the latest trends to the team.Ability to do quick research to develop a theoretical understanding of the laws and acts.DraftingRequired Skillset: The incumbent will handle engagements and provide advisory to clients related to GST, Customs, FTP, FEMA, FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Pollution Control / Environmental laws, Consumer Protection laws, State Excise, SEZ, and Income tax.will also include litigation-related services: drafting replies, appeals, briefing counsels and senior counsels.
