My client is a digital health science company with a global footprint that is at the intersection of healthtech, insurtech and fintech. Below are the primary responsibilities for the role.Role: Senior Marketing ManagerLocation: Bangalore/Mumbai/KolkataKey Responsibilities:Support our B2C partners' teams with marketing plans, execution strategies, and campaigns to aid in user acquisition and retention for their mobile apps.User Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to attract new users to partners' mobile apps, utilizing both off-app and on-app channels.Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to acquire and retain users on partners' mobile apps, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.Channel Management: Manage various online and offline marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising, to maximize user acquisition and retention efforts.Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to collaborate on user acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring alignment with partners' goals and objectives.On-App Engagement Strategies: Develop strategies to enhance user engagement and retention within partners' mobile apps, such as personalized messaging, in-app notifications, gamification, and loyalty programs.Data Analysis Insights & Reporting: Work with the technology and data science team to analyze user data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in user acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging analytics tools and platforms and providing regular reports to stakeholders.Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' user acquisition and retention strategies, identify best practices and emerging trends, and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve user acquisition and retention targets within allocated budgets.General Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of marketing department, including internal and external teams, contracts etc. Skills/Qualifications:A self-starter who is ambitious and driven to grow with the company7+ years of proven marketing experience in the above areas.Experience in the health sector is desirable but not necessaryComfortable working with the C-Suite internally and with multiple teams externallyCoachable - open to constructive feedback and the ability to implement itThe desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work with global clients (local and overseas travel may be required)Familiarity with marketing technology and platformsImpeccable communication speaking and writing skills Please apply to the role if you think you have the relevant skillset.
