Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Functional ConsultantJob Responsibilitiesposition will be focused onconfiguring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor) throughout the implementation & support lifecyclesLead Oracle Cloud HCM Deployments and Configurations and drive project deliverablesProduction issuesPaaS componentsUpdate and Implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Securityand manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business& Manage Oracle Cloud HCM application in all environmentswith internal staff, third-party vendors and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outagesHCM KPIs and Metrics Reports and Dashboardsand monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtimetechnical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applicationsas the primary point of contact for payroll issues in Oracle HCM Cloudsystem requirements and process flowswith Development and Product Teams to identify issues, driving issue resolutionbusiness continuity and disaster recovery processesjob description is intended to describe the general nature of the work performed by employees in this job. It is not an exhaustive list of all the job's responsibilities for continually improving the processes we use to develop our products Requirements/Preferred Qualificationsof Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science / MBA with HR as major or equivalentyears of experience configuring, supporting and deploying Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR, North America Payroll, Time & Labor).years of overall HCM experience as functional consultantknowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure will be valuablein leading full Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation projects involving Requirements, Design, Testing and Roll-outwith Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationship between various objects, to quickly understand requirements and design solutionsunderstanding of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Managementto lead other functional leads through the different project phases.and advanced English communication skills with all levels of an organization are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations)to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expert PRB
