SENIOR SALES MANAGER - Account AggregatorLocation: Bangalore At least 10-12 years of experience preferably with a knowledge of Software /Banking application Sales and Pre-Sales to banking, NBFC, Fintech. Technical knowledge / background is preferred.> Previous experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, and hunting sales activities such as Market assessment, lead generation and lead closure.> Ability to take up presales activities and have a complete charge of an opportunity.> Ability to chase & meet targets and possessing orientation towards generating high value deals. > Strong verbal & written communication skills and demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships. > Demonstrated consistency of generating sales and revenue numbers.> Should possess a warm personality and a willingness to travel.> Demonstrated evidence of program management across multi-site teams and ability to build consensus.> Strong sense of initiative to take up projects & execute them to completion by working under constraints.> Understanding of technology, data analytics and IT systems. Ability to analyse client's business systems, derive inferences and create business opportunities.>Developing market knowledge and ecosystem know-how for future product requirements and business drivers>Problem-solving and prioritizing projects with Product and engineering teams and managing And executing commercial deals and agreements with customers>Understanding customers' product needs and planning for timely execution by liaising with internal and external product and engineering teams> Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.Desired Skills Engineering Graduate/Bachelors with an MBAGood communication skills - verbal and written MandatoryShould be good in MS Office.Good interpersonal skillsPresentable10 -12 years of experience in sales and Business Development.Candidates from relevant experience of selling software to Banks / NBFCs preferred PRB
