You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our domestic and international events (mainly US and Europe) collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver successful experiences that generate strong ROI. Along with this, you would also be given tasks from other departments - Hiring, HR which involves project planning, stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:Event Operations Management: Partner with event leadership to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful event operations.Vendor Relations and Contract Negotiation: Manage vendor relations, securing the best deals and negotiating contracts.Logistics Oversight: Oversee event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, travel planning and inventory management.Brand Representation Coordination: Collaborate with designers to ensure consistent brand representation across all event materials.Recruitment and HR Support: Assist with recruitment and HR operations as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for Marketing, Event Management, or Program Management (post-graduate degree a plus).1-2 years of experience around event operations, vendor management, and conference production.Proven track record of successfully managing B2B events, conferences, and other events.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent attention to detail, research, and analytical skills.A "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Be part of a passionate and collaborative team.Lots of learning PRB
