Engineering Lead (Founding Team)

Looking for an Engineering Lead/ Founding team member, to help us go from 0.5 -10. Full stack development accompanied with versatility in AI engineering. Efficient communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Preferred Location : Gurgaon/ NCRBefore anything I'd request you to go through our product site first - dayzero.ai understand the product once.We're building hyper personalised B2B AI SaaS applications powered by business knowledge to automate workflows at an employee level. You'll be required to have prior AI implementation and logic building experience. If your interest lies outside this domain, then we both will be able to save our time. Just a couple of quick facts about our company : We're a very very early stage startup - preseed (you will be coming in the 0 to 1 journey) The MVP has been recently developed, and we're half way with the launch product. We've an atomic team size of just 6 members, so you'll have to be a self starter⏰ Working hours are for well established companies - we work 5.75 days a week, and aim to deliver amazing updates every week (Both UI & Feature wise). ‍♀️ ‍♂️ Fast pace working environment which would require a high risk appetite, really fast turn-around-times, quick logical thinking and a highly solution oriented thought process.
