Senior Manager- Finance

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager-Finance. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in financial management and a deep understanding of USA Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in various financial functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective internal controls.The Charter for this role would includeOversee and manage the timely and accurate closure of financial books.Ensure adherence to accounting principles and compliance with regulatory requirements.Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, review and analyse financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with USA GAAP.Coordinate and manage the external audit process and work closely with auditors to address queries and ensure a smooth audit cycle.Implement and oversee revenue recognition processes.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.Regularly review and enhance control processes to mitigate risks.Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and reporting requirements.Effectively communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Ideal PersonaQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience.Strong understanding of USA GAAP and experience in handling multiple entities.Proven experience in books closure, general ledger management, financial statement preparation, audit, and revenue recognition.Knowledge of internal financial controls and statutory compliance.Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.Reliable, accountable, and able to manage stakeholders effectively.
