We integrate cutting-edge technologies such as coding, robotics, and engineering into our curriculum to prepare students for the challenges of the future.Job Description:As a Coding & Robotics Trainer at Curiosity Gym, you will play a pivotal role in leading innovative projects, instructing students, and training educators. This multifaceted position involves collaborating with educators to design and implement an innovative curriculum that integrates coding, robotics, engineering, and more into the daily learning experiences of students and teachers. You will take a leadership role in teaching computer science, coding, electronics, and robotics to K12 and college students, while also leading teacher training programs & setting up Innovation Labs. You will be required to occasionally travel to outstation locations for this purpose.Key Responsibilities:Help coordinate kits & equipment to client schools and assist in setting up Innovation Labs.Collaborate with educators to design and implement an innovative curriculum integrating coding, robotics, engineering, and more.Lead teacher training programs to empower educators with the necessary skills to deliver engaging instructional activities.Strategize and implement innovative pedagogical approaches, focusing on Innovation & Design Thinking to enhance student learning.Lead the development of industry-specific prototypes and products efficiently.Support student showcases on annual school STEM/Science days and guide student entries in local and international competitions.Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of their learning journey.Stay current with learning technologies and best practices in education.Coordinate With end school/ college customers on schedule and facilitation aspects to conduct the training and Installation of equipment supplied for the Innovation labs.Conduct workshops for students on 3d design/ 3d printing, IoT, mobile app development and other contemporary technologies.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and/or education, with expertise in setting up labs within schools.Strong passion for educating students and a genuine love for working with children.Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and precise style.Knowledge of design thinking paradigms and experience using a methodology for building.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scratch and more.Familiarity with web app development (HTML) and mobile app development (MIT App Inventor, Kodular, Thunkable).Experience with 3D Design and CAD software packages (e.g., Onshape, Fusion360, TinkerCad) used for 3D printing.Knowledge in programming Arduino-based embedded systems for developing prototypes.Hands-on experience with IoT, common embedded electronics boards, and cloud services for building real-world applications and prototypes.Strong team handling skills and experience in training delivery.
