Job Responsibilities• Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions, Ensuring expansions on Managed Aggregation Model, Operator Model and Asset Light Model.• Contract negotiations & Management.• Workplace and space planning management.• Financial planning, RE Cost Analysis & Control.• Analyse Micro Market.• Interacting with Landlords, Builders & Brokers.• Make Brokers Channel Partner.We will explain them the 'way of doing'.• Preparation, exposition & analysis of Financial ModelRequired Skill Set.• Real Estate background (Either from IPCs or Established DPCs)• Retail RE background• Good connect in local real estate and developer lobby• Good Analytical skill• Good Negotiation skill• Good Micro-Market knowledge for the city• Presentable personality PRB
