We are looking for a multi-skilled, multi-disciplined, multi-channel copy writer who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers "click" and bringing it to life. The goal is to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive platform ideas and campaigns that stimulate audiences.We're looking for a conceptual Copywriter who can stun us and our clients with creativity, vision and eloquence. What you'll doThere's no "day to day" in your job because every day is a new medium, a new message and a new chance to make brilliant creative, but here are a few things you can be expected to deliver consistently: Creating digital content, marketing messages, videos scripts, website and print material copy for various projects and ensure that the content is relevant to the business units' current focus to drive conversionKeep a keen pulse on everything the Web has to offer (including, you know, the latest celebrity Twitter meltdown) so that we can always be fresh & current for our clientsAn exuberant work ethic and an exacting attention to detail, whether it's punctuating your copy, answering a brief or staying true to the brand's tone and styleManage multiple brand guidelines, keeping content style and tone of voice consistentCollaborating with your team members - creative directors, art directors, designers, coders, and other equally talented eccentrics - to consistently deliver polished, award-worthy workCross-channel perfection: One concept, so many messaging mediums - you'll be a master at making an idea translate effectively and flawlessly across all marketing assetsDemonstrate organization and ability to balance multiple projects across a variety of media including print, digital, and videoKeep up to date with trends in branding, marketing, advertising and related communications industriesTaking direction from content performance analysis to improve the impact of contentHelping to build a content strategy that allows customers to become even more engaged with our brandsResearching, developing and planning content ideas, using SEO insights, competitor research and the latest industry trends to ensure ideas are relevant and engagingSupport the team with any ad hoc copy tasks as requested (including PR campaigns, brand copy) What we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience writing in a fast-paced environmentEnergy, a sense of humor and an open & curious mind (yes, these things really do matter)A love of words and a love of culture, both the good old stuff and the sizzling new pop stuffCommunication skills that leave no room for questions or angst - you're straightforward, you're candid and, above all, you're thoughtful & kindStrong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across media, both online and offConfident in writing creative marketing materials, sales material and editorialsExcellent creative copywriting skills and proof reading and managing blogs, social content and long copyAcute attention to detail, good organisational skills and time management coupled with the ability to multi-task and prioritise own tasks in order to meet project deadlinesA team player with desire to be creative and present new ideasAble to work to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environmentProven track record of social and digital campaigns, ideally on YouTube, Facebook and InstagramIncorporate feedback and take/give direction well with a knowledge of online content strategy and creation What You Can Expect From UsInvesting in your future with training and development of client servicing skillsRecognition for individual and team contributionsIncreased responsibility and ability to grow your leadership skills by taking on meaningful work.Great office space, great culture and outstanding team dynamics PRB
