Come join our growing team.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and support agile development teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who can coach teams in adopting and improving agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed effectively, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective) to ensure they are effective, focused, and time-boxed.Guide and coach the Scrum team on agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum team, removing impediments and facilitating communication and collaboration within and outside the team.Work closely with the Product Owner/Leads to manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, groomed, and refined appropriately.Help the team to estimate and plan work for each sprint, ensuring commitments are met and sprint goals are achieved.Monitor team progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.Lead Continuous Improvement to enhance the scrum process.Act as a mentor and coach for team members, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.Facilitate resolution of conflicts and promote a positive team environment.Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to coordinate dependencies and align priorities across teams.Stay current with agile and Scrum best practices and trends, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent certification preferred.Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a software development environment (4-5 years)Having experience in Monday.com, JIRA or any other agile toolsStrong understanding of agile principles and practices, with expertise in Scrum.Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.Ability to build trust and foster a collaborative team culture.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Experience working with distributed teams and managing remote collaboration tools.Knowledge of other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) is a plus.Experience in HR Technologies (Workday, Oracle Fusion, Successfactors) is a plusCommitment to continuous learning and professional development.
