Qualified CA with 4 plus years of experience into Risk Advisory, SOX Audit and Internal ControlsInterested candidates, please share your updated resume at sneha.acharya@capita.com Job Description:Support development of Group's internal control and related framework / reporting'sLead the bi-annual Minimum Control Standards (MCS) testing of financial control operating effectivenessWork with the IT team to roll forward and lead the development of the MCS databasePrepare and agree the list of control standards, after reviewing and considering any changes to the control environment during the year. This will include new standards, the output of the control design effectiveness and industry best practice.Support the development and maintenance of Risk & Control Matrices through both the design and operating effectiveness testingSupport the businesses in their submissions, either by providing technical input, or challenging their self-assessment and testing.Act as a subject matter expert in respect of controls, including mapping, testing of operating and design effectivenessMonitor actions and follow up to resolution, including those arising from MCS, Key Control Questionnaire, internal and external audit, EREC and Finance Risk & Assurance CommitteePrepare and issue reports across finance to ensure visibility of outstanding actionsWork with businesses, internal and external audit to ensure timely resolution of actions, and agree way forward where there is ambiguityAny other matters / reporting as required by managementProvide adequate training to team to meet objectives / timelinesCoach, guide and support the team to achieve individual and team objectivesLocation : Mumbai (Vikhroli) PRB
