You may work in a variety of sectors and specialize in a number of areas including:Information security managementGovernance and complianceData SecurityStakeholder managementManaging of the security posture for Randstad India by being responsible for the following areas:SecurityRevision of IT security policies Revision of security measures implementation Security compliance with global security standards Manage local security projects to improve security postureIncident managementManage DLP AuditPreparation for IT security Internal Audit (domestic, global) Answering the questions by auditorsRemediation plan making against indicatorsMonitoring the progress of remediation plansComplianceImplement global IS policy and review it as per local rules Provide training to all employees to continuously improve the compliance awarenessSet up data security monitoring mechanism and perform compliance audit ensure that your findings are recorded and followed up with management investigate irregularities and non-compliance issueshighlight or escalate areas of concern Required Experience15 years experience in Information securityBachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fieldManaging a teamBusiness-level EnglishNice to have experienceManaging an information security management system experience in working with ITIL, ISO27001, or Cobit frameworksIT security certification (eg.
