Freakins was established with the mission of providing the finest denim wear for women in India.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Pattern Master / Fit Technician at Freakins. As a Pattern Master / Fit Technician, you will be responsible for creating and perfecting garment patterns to ensure an impeccable fit and maintaining quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and production teams, to ensure that the pattern and fit meet the brand's standards. Your attention to detail and expertise in pattern making techniques will contribute to delivering high-quality denim wear that aligns with the brand's vision and produces a comfortable and confident customer experience.Qualifications:Strong knowledge and experience in pattern making for apparel, particularly denim wearProficiency in pattern digitization software and CAD toolsExcellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and sizingAbility to interpret and adjust patterns to achieve desired fit and styleDemonstrated ability to work with different fabrics and garment typesAttention to detail and precision in pattern development and adjustmentsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced fashion environment PRB
