We're now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.What are we looking for :Jupiter Money is looking for a Brand Lead who will own Jupiter's brand strategy and who will be responsible for executing its brand marketing charter. The brand lead will spearhead the planning and execution of GTM campaigns for the brand while working with internal stakeholders for Jupiter's growth.You shall not just ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, but also identify market expansion opportunities, while analyzing consumer behavior in this segmentKey Roles and Responsibilities :Brand Strategy, Positioning & MessagingClosely collaborate with the product owners, design, acquisition & growth team to craft the right brand positioning & strategy.Responsible for brand strategy execution, managing annual budgets, and setting goals for brand health metrics improvement.Partner with the product, design, and growth team to deliver experiences that delight our customers and drive business results.Drive brand ATL campaigns (Digital, Radio, OOH, Digital, etc) from strategy to execution with creative and media partners Create marketing calendars for all Jupiter productsSocial Media & PR Strategy:Scale up brand strategy execution on social media platforms through strategic content properties.Establish our expertise in personal finance/ money management space through successful PR campaigns and strategiesPerformance Marketing Optimization : Analyze key performance metrics, market feedback, and customer insights to craft the right creative strategyUse insights to continuously optimize our creative messaging, and campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.Team Leadership and Collaboration :Provide strong leadership and mentorship to your team & stakeholders outside the team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all teams and foster a cohesive and unified approach to brand marketing initiatives.Skills & Experience:Proven track record of building brands in traditional or digital ecosystemsRelevant brand management experience with FMCG, consumer tech-product companies, or ad-agencies (Ogilvy, JWT, DDB, Dentsu, etc)Experience in partnering with leading advertising, digital, media, and PR agenciesStrong understanding of product growth nuances with rigor to work with all stakeholdersBrownie Points:Passion towards personal (Day-to-day) finance (Saving, Financial Advisory , Financial Instruments,Budding Habits)An experience or interest in coaching, mentoring and building future leaders for scaling the organization.An understanding of agile development methodologies.Knowledge of finance (Govt.)
