Job Title : Regional Sales Manager . Company Description.Deko Partitions Denmark manufactures state of the art demount-able acoustic partitions in India and currently exports to ASEAN and Middle East.In India we have been working with the top 50 Architects & Contractors in building global standard facilities like Goldman Sachs, Oracle, Accenture, Morgan Stanley etc.Deko has currently about 25 dealers in India and is looking to expand Regional Sales Manager part of India ( Delhi, Hyderabad). Base location: - Hyderabad .Industry: - Interior fit out (Glass Partitions)Experience: - 3-5 years Role Description: · Develop and Execute sales and marketing strategies to promote.· Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.· Architectural services and solutions, to target general contractors, construction firms, and subcontractor's.· Interior experience in aluminium architectural products, or hardware's and internal demountable partition.· Managing relationships with existing dealers and identifying new dealer opportunities.· Developing and implementing strategies to increase dealer network and sales volume.· Provide Product training and support to dealers to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and effective sales techniques.· Resolving dealer related issues and providing timely - support and solutions.· Identify and engage with potential clients including architectural firms, real estate developers, construction companies, and property owners as well trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. · Build and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities including brochures, catalogues, and digital content to showcase products and services. · Provide product knowledge training and support to sales team members and channel partners.· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and evaluate effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.· Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.· Stay updated on emerging technologies, building materials, and sustainable design practices in the architecture and construction industry as well building codes, and emerging technologies relevant to general contracting. Skills and Qualification · Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or home decor industry as well in the architecture, construction, or building materials industry. · Strong understanding of interior products and design trends for of construction processes, project management, and contractor workflows.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, industry professionals, and key stakeholders.· MBA, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Preferred.
