We are looking for a dynamic Production Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to our growing success.## Position: Production Merchandiser for Women's Wear**Location:** Ahmedabad  **Experience:** 2-3 years in a similar role  **Type:** Full-Time  **Compensation:** Competitive, based on experience ## Responsibilities- Costing of products.- Coordinate with the design team and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products.- Manage the production process, including scheduling, quality checks, and inventory control.- Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers for procurement of raw materials.- Track the production schedule and ensure deadlines are met.- Assist in the creation and maintenance of tech packs.- Analyze and report on product performance and market trends.- Liaise with sales and marketing teams to optimize the product line.  ## Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience in production merchandising, preferably in women's wear.- Strong knowledge of textiles, garment production, and manufacturing processes.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant software for production management.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.- Basic understanding of costing and budgeting.## Skills- Strong attention to detail.- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.- Problem-solving skills.- Excellent negotiation skills.## How to ApplyInterested candidates should email their resume along with a cover letter to jobs@bubblebeeexporthouse.com.
