They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.we are looking for candidates based out of Ahmedabad only.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain real estate portals, websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaignsContribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiativesIdentify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brandevaluate the performance of each campaign and prepare annual reports and budgets for the next year.track leads with the respective Property COnsultant to provide the best services and ensure follow up mechanism on itManage marketing channels such as content marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Outdoor Marketing, Social Media Advertising, email campaigns, lead generation initiatives, website design and landing page enhancement, copywriting, and comprehensive performance analytics of the marketing campaigns.Planning and organising events and conferences etc.digital marketing and expertise on executive social media handles, videos, reels, shorts.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of all social networking platforms PRB
