Job details
Responsibility:1. Responsible for backend software development and design, performing requirement analysis, system design, coding, testing, and deployment. Drive architecture evolution to build high-performance, availability, scalability and secure software system2. Optimize database performance to improve data throughput and reduce DB access latency3. Maintain online production system, monitor system metrics and alarms, and handle online issues timely4. Estimate development effort, make the development plan and deliver on time with quality5. Mentor junior engineers in the teamRequirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field2. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with 2+ years system architecture design experience3. Experienced in distributed services development, familiar with popular backend framework, such as Spring, SpringMVC, SpringBoot (Java), or .Net framework (C#).4. Familiar with one or more open-source database, such as MySQL, Redis, ES, MongoDB. Hands-on experience in database performance tuning such as sharding, partition, indexing.5. Great ownership and teamwork, take challenging work and deliver result6. Good written and verbal English communication is a big plus7.
