Job Title - Manager - ERP (OTM)Experience required - 6 to 10 yearsJob Purpose -domain and System Expertise to map the Business requirements into system solutions.knowledge of Oracle OTM's capabilities, including transportation planning and execution, freight payment, visibility/event management and network design. This encompasses understanding how to configure the software to meet specific logistical requirements, optimizing routes, and managing freight costs. This is for both Inland and Ocean logistics.in integrating OTM with other enterprise systems - EBS and SOAto develop custom reports in OTM. Help EBS and Power BI SMEs to develop reporting capabilities with OTM as core.new initiatives to automated traditional processes with new technologies in Logistics and transport Domain.Key Accountabilities -Identifying and Adopting System ControlsRe-Engineering existing Business ProcessesIdentifying the System Gaps and proposing solutionsLead new Initiatives and change management across group for all logistics transport usersResolving End User requirements / issuesGuiding and Training Sub-Ordinates and keeping them abreast with the latest changes, functionalities and developmentsMust Have - In Depth Knowledge of OTM, Integrated Systems and Interfaces, Tracking Solutions,Exposure to APIs, Web Services, Oracle PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, ETL Tools and Mobile Solutions PRB
