JOB SUMMARY:Reporting to the National Product Manager -Liabilities, the manager will play a vital role in development and enhancement of the current product portfolioManage all the products under digital banking initiative namely digital term deposits and saving accountCreate and support Debit card program for all existing and new customersEnsure Product reach in the relevant customer segments based on the available opportunity in the market and customer demandManager will support creation and maintenance of a framework to measure and monitor product portfolio performance.Analysing and suggesting changes to existing products by co-ordinating with Sales, Operations, Competition benchmarking and customer surveysTracking product performance at branch level; leading to Achievement of overall digital CASA and TD book and Overall Branch Deposit Book Budgets across the zonePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:BusinessCreation of various programs for the customer segments in a planned manner to yield maximum returns and better efficiencyDevelop and lead effective debit card program, engaging customers resulting greater usage of existing accounts with UjjivanEnsure a streamlined customer on-boarding experience by ensuring smooth Account Opening and engagement programDetermine the requirement of the market and create effective marketing campaignsEnsure optimum utilization of all the available channels for acquisition and servicingManage customer life cycle through continuous improvement in product and support for any requirement that arisesCustomerFinding gaps in existing processes and support in enhancement of these for better customer experienceStreamline and manage account opening TAT and enhance systems as and when requiredDevelop feedback system for customers and internal staff to understand the requirement from the fieldCustomer specific complaint resolution within prescribed timelinesMake sure the customer grievances & escalations are resolved with the TATInternal processCo-ordinating with regulatory teams for any requirement on the product. Keep track of the process that is followed on the field by regular internal checksWork in close tandem with Legal, regulatory and compliance team for the product development and implementationLearning & Performanceresearch on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practicesGetting trained in all the new Liability Products & Processes of the BankTraining RSMs, Branches, Sales Officers in the new process & productsTraining cross functional Teams on Liability Products, as part of new Branch Launches, Induction programmes, RefreshersEducation : Post-Graduation in Finance or Marketing, or post graduate in relevant field.Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, 1 years of experience in Card product in Banking PRB
