This important science, technology, and innovation center will support a range of technology and drug development activities that will help us usher in the next wave of innovation.International Market Insights & Capabilities - MoCa Business Analyst IModeling & Capabilities Analysts are responsible for the development and deployment of commercial performance tools and capabilities that support international in-market Business Insights & Analytics teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Build and maintain forecast models and techniques to project sales, demand and market trendsEnhance existing forecast models and solutions to improve efficiencyDesign and pilot new technologies and solutions to address current business needs and in anticipate of future commercial trendsProvide training on new forecast models and solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologiesSkills and competencies:Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusionsProficiency in statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling and forecasting methodologiesProject management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamCommunication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.Experience:We welcome candidates with a bachelor's or master's degree in any engineering discipline, MIS, operations management or other relevant academic program.Proven experience (typically 0 to 3 years) in a similar business analyst role, preferably within the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the biopharma industry.Certification or training in relevant analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.#GBOHYD #LI-Hybrid PRB
