Greetings from Yotta Data Services Pvt LtdPosition: Cloud Security SpecialistLocation: MumbaiYears of experience: 2-5yearsJob Responsibilities:Cloud Security Management:Develop and implement robust security measures for Yotta's cloud infrastructure, focusing on preventing data breaches and misconfigurations.Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the overall security posture of the cloud environment.Infrastructure Security:Collaborate with the infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain a secure data center infrastructure to protect against evolving cyber threats.Implement security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Yotta's infrastructure.Industry Standards Compliance:Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity to prevent Yotta from falling behind in cybersecurity measures.Develop and maintain a roadmap for aligning Yotta's security practices with evolving industry standards.Cloud Management Platform Security:Work closely with the development team to ensure the security of Yotta's cloud management platform.Implement security controls within the platform to protect customer data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Incident Response and Monitoring:Establish and maintain incident response procedures for cloud-related security incidents.Implement monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.Security Education and Training:Conduct training sessions to increase awareness among team members about cloud security best practices.Develop and deliver educational materials to ensure that the entire organization understands and follows security protocols.Measurable OKRs (Objectives and Key Results):Objective: Enhance Cloud Security MeasuresKey Result 1: Reduce the number of security incidents if any, related to cloud misconfigurations by 20% within the first quarter.Key Result 2: Implement two new security controls every quarter in the cloud infrastructure to address emerging threats.Objective: Infrastructure ResilienceKey Result 1: Conduct a comprehensive infrastructure security assessment and address 90% of identified vulnerabilities within the first half of the year.Objective: Industry Standards AlignmentKey Result 1: Complete the alignment of Yotta's security practices with the latest industry standards within the next fiscal year.Key Result 2: Participate in at least two industry conferences or webinars to stay informed about the latest trends in cloud security.Objective: Secure Cloud Management PlatformKey Result 1: Implement end-to-end encryption for customer data in the cloud management platform within the next two quarters.Key Result 2: Conduct a third-party security audit for the cloud management platform and address identified issuesQualification:Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification is required.Additional certifications such as AWS Certified Security or Azure Certified Security - Specialist are highly desirable.Proven experience in securing cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a similar role.Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid).Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to cloud security.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.If interested please share your resume on pshevale@yotta.comThanks & regards,Poonam Shevale - HR PRB
