Our mission is to promote the use of natural sweeteners to support healthy lifestyles and reduce dependence on sugar and artificial sweeteners.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Technical Business Development Manager. The Technical Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as Business Development, Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management. The role requires travelling & working with F&B manufacturing companies in assisting them in developing applications with healthy sweetening.QualificationsAcademic Background with Food & Beverages, Food Technologist.Experience in Application Development, Business Development, Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship building.Strong communication skills to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical clients.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical solutions that adhere to the client's specific needsAbility to develop business proposals and technical documents that meet Steviatech's standardsExperience in the food and beverage industry is a plusExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage number of customers simultaneouslyAn analytical mindset with an ability to derive insights from data PRB
