The E-commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth, performance optimization, and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute operational strategies, manage relationships with key vendors, and analyze and report key operational metrics to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct listing on e-commerce channelsListing of products over online sales channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.Order Processing, Packaging & Dispatch.Sales Channels account handling (Amazon, Flipkart & Website), Tracking Details update, customer query revert, Control Account health, Pricing Updated, Content Updated, Images update, PPC Campaigns, Coupons, Deals &Discounts, Amazon FBA, Amazon easy ship, Amazon easy ship prime.Coordination with courier partners, time to time contact for rates and shipmen-related issues.Check for stock availability and time-to-time stock updates.Time to time Competitor analysis in online sales channels.All irregular work related to online sales channels.Customer's call and query handling over WhatsApp and toll-free number.Reporting of the monthly sales, profit-loss, accounts, and many OnDemand reports.All confidential records maintained like order history, accounts history, customer's address, and mobile number.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with consumer goods or retail companiesExperience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerceStrong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory managementExcellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insightsExperience in managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work under pressure, manage competing demands, and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team of e-commerce operations associatesExperience in pet industry is a plusApplication InstructionsTo apply, please send your resume and cover letter to (insert email address here).
