Sales Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Conducts training sessions for new hire employees and existing employeesConducts product training programs for sales teamsDevelops product knowledge and expertise for customersDevelops training materials and programsAssesses training needs and implements training programs accordinglyMeasures the effectiveness of training programsProvides feedback to management on training outcomesKeeps abreast of new product developments and updates training programs accordinglyDevelop a schedule to assess training needs Conduct employee surveys and interviewsConsult with other trainers, managers, and leadershipTrack and compile collected dataConceptualize training materials based on data and researchCommunicate training needs and online resourcesCreate training strategies, initiatives, and materialsContact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technologyTest and review created materialsMaintain a database of all training materialsInstruct employee training and on boardingConduct training through new materialsReview employee performance and learningCoordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Product Sales Trainer or a similar roleExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologiesAbility to design and develop training programsAbility to deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees and customersStrong organizational and time management skillsAny Bachelor's degree PRB
