Job Description - Senior Scrum Master (Agile Practitioner)We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams practicing Scrum principles, practices.Ability to understand technical issues at a high level; ability to reason with technical complexities is necessary.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to work collaboratively with others.Excellent knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats).Knowledge about other Agile methodologies like Kanban or Lean would be a plus.Strong leadership skills and experience in facilitating change at different levels of an organization.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is highly desirable.The Senior Scrum Master will play a crucial role in ensuring our teams live agile values and principles while continuously shaping our agile environment for success.
