Please visit our website (www.TheMediaAnt.com) to learn more.Job Description: Media Planning teamThe Media planning team is responsible for providing relevant and custom media solutions to the brands. This includes selection of the right media vehicles, budget allocation, measurement and helping the brands understand the rationale of the recommendationThe Media Planning team closely works with the Account Management (client-facing) team and the Media buying (publisher-facing) team during media planning.Media PlannerMedia planners devise strategies for advertising campaigns so that they reach their target audience and have the intended impact within an agreed budget. This involves understanding the audience, their needs, preferred media and platforms, as well as the brands aiming to reach them.What makes this role interesting?1. Dynamic: Exposure to a variety of clients from different industriesEducation/Job Experience Required: MBA in marketing or any relevant fieldOverall, 2-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-servicing role or a brand management roleLocation: Bangalore OnsiteDay-to-Day Work:Internal or client meeting - to understand the campaign briefUsage of media tools such as Adex, Ad clarity, BARC, TMA planning toolResponsible for creating 360 degree multi-vertical media plans.Interacting with other  members of the media planning team.Attending plan presentations and pitch meetingsCapturing the client feedback and implementing the learningsTracking and monitoring the progress of assigned planning requestsMust-Have:2-5 years of experience in a marketing role (brand) or client servicing experience in Digital marketing/media agencyGood written and verbal communication skillsGood logical reasoning, arithmetic, and analytical abilitiesWorking knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPointQuick to observe - Trends in the market, Campaign issues, client expectations, team issuesGood to Have:Experience in working with media planning/market research toolsBasics of data visualization tools like power BI, Tableau, etcExperience in digital media planningPast Agency experience  PRB
