The individual requires good communication skills, a good hand in managing documentation, and with good knowledge of import and export dispatch and its process. Have responsible induvial for the all-over dispatch process, Must have work in ERP system.What You Will Be Doing (Essential Duties)Coordinate with Production / QA Engineer, to ensure readiness of material.Send Performa Invoice To Client & Payment Follow-up After Material Readiness.Prepare dispatch document (I.E. Invoice, E-Invoice, E-way Bill,).Coordinate with Clients regarding transportation and transport negotiation.Send dispatch details to the client & Tracking of material.Coordinate with Planning and update order status in Datadoc.Take the Root Cause Analysis Form from the service department & Submit to the Account Department for credit notes and ensure completion of payment adjustment in time.Make tempo charges sheet at regular intervals, check with a quotation, get a bill approved, and ensure their payment in time.Prepare Hamali charges sheet for Unloading charges in transport, get a bill approved, and ensure their payment in time.Area of Knowledge & Expertise Any Graduate, Diploma Engineer, or B.E Engineer.Must have worked with the manufacturing industry.Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
