Role: SAP BI/BW Senior Consultant and ConsultantLocation: Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, PuneRole - SAP BI/BW ConsultantSAP Skills-Minimum of 3-4 years of BI/BW work experience in SAP full cycle implementation as well as in SAP support projects.Must have SAP A4O reporting experience.Should have strong exposure in area of SAP BI/BW (i.e. COPA , CCA , FI-GL , FIAR and MM data flows).Should have worked on Support Incidents, tickets and CRs.Work experience in SAP Support project would be desirable.SAP A4O experience (SAP ABAP knowledge would be an added advantage).Should be willing and flexible to work in JP, UK and US shift timings and in 24 x 5 rotational shifts as per shift roster. Role - SAP BI/BW Senior ConsultantSAP Skills-Minimum of 6 - 8 years of BI/BW work experience in SAP full cycle implementation as well as in SAP support projects.Must have SAP A4O reporting experience.Should have strong exposure in area of SAP BI/BW (i.e. COPA , CCA , FI-GL , FIAR and MM data flows).Should have worked on Support Incidents, tickets and CRs.Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails).Communication skills should be good, Assertive, Coordination, should take ownership of assigned work.Work experience in SAP Support project would be desirable.SAP ABAP knowledge would be an added advantage.Should be willing to work in Japan, UK and US shift timings as per rotational shift roster.Responsibilities-Facilitate the AMS Support of SAP BI/BW module.Monitoring data loads and correcting errors and provide permanent fix for repeated data load failures.A4O reporting tool guidance to business when needed.Preparing process documents and test documents.Perform detailed analysis of any business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.Assists the project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.Assist team effort in developing solutions for projects.Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team.Meets billing efficiency targets and complies with all administrative responsibilities in a timely & effective manner.Keeps project management apprised of project direction and client concerns.Analyzes and develops reliable solutions which comply with specifications and standards, executes system test.Completes project documentation, demonstrates effective organizational skills, with minimal supervision.Meets quality standards, correctly prioritizes own activities in accordance with project plan and budget.Provides project team leaders with updates on the progress and difficulties encountered and provides value-added insight and understanding.Demonstrates the ability to accomplish project assignments resulting in quality service.Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of BI/BW solution.Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Work self-directed and independently.Should be willing to work in Japan, UK and US shift timings as per rotational shift roster.
