Over the last 35 years, AMPL has partnered with leading ship management companies to help run their tonnage in a more cost-effective way.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Belāpur. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, manage the company's operational performance, and develop and execute business strategies to ensure the company's continued growth. He will coordinate with client-side Technical superintendents, as well as, internal teams.Qualifications2E or CE from DMETBusiness Planning and Operations Management skillsAnalytical SkillsFinance and Budgeting skillsExperience in executive leadership rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesMarine engineering degree from DMETDiploma in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is an added advantageExperience in monitoring/ setting up marine workshop is a plus PRB
