Client: Our client is a prominent player in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Development sector, with a focus on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.Industry Focus: Candidates with prior experience exclusively within Real Estate Companies only.The role involves overseeing digital marketing, performance marketing, process digitization, innovation, social media management, online content strategy, ORM (Online Reputation Management), and digital asset management across all Residential Commercial and Hospitality projects. Responsibilities also include monitoring campaign performance, ensuring quality and efficacy, and managing team development.Key Responsibilities:Manage website optimization and security, including SEO and ORM.Drive performance marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms.Manage lead lifecycle and call center operations.Handle budgeting, billing, and vendor management.Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews.Education and Experience:MBA or PGDM with a focus on Marketing or Digital Marketing.Minimum 8 years of experience, including 4 years in Real Estate and team leadership.Certification in digital marketing.Leadership Competencies and Skills:Strong interpersonal and team management abilities.Commitment to continuous learning and development.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
