Position: Manager - Plant HR Qualification: MBA /MSWExperience: Min: 10 Years Max: 15 years Age Band: Min 35 Max: 45Gender: Male Locations: HosurSalary: 10 LacsLanguages: English, Hindi, TamilSkills Required:Exposure in Plant HR Activities.Man Management.Process - Staff and WorkersUnion RelationsAwareness of LTS ProcessMigrant Worker ManagementRoles and Responsibilities:Preparation of Monthly salary statements of all Staffs, Contract workers and Security staffs.Preparing Production Incentives based on productivity for workers.Take disciplinary actions against misconduct of employees.Maintain all documents, records, register etc., related to ESI, EPF and other statutory bodies etc.Recruitment of staff, workers and their stay.Renewal of Licenses.Other statutory works as and when required.Performance appraisal process of employees.Prepare training schedules and conduct training programmed and get feed-backs.Liaoning work with Government BodiesContact Labour Management / Canteen Management / Handling IR IssuesPlease mail hrsales.south@eliteindia.com PRB
