Join us in reshaping education for the digital era and unlocking the full potential of every student!About the Role:We are seeking an innovative, analytical, and strategic thinker who enjoys building 0-1 journeys, solving complex problems along the way, working effectively with senior cross-functional teams, and thriving in a fast-paced society that is constantly evolving. As part of the Corporate Business Development (CorpBD) team, you will be actively strategizing and executing the growth initiatives for Allen Digital. This key role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of Allen, and you will be responsible for generating, managing, and executing some of the most high-impact strategic engagements.CorpBD leaders at Allen are expected to divide their time between medium- to long-term strategic projects, operations, and cross-functional programs. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Work collaboratively to strategize and execute critical cross-functional programs to drive program objectives and KPIs.Lead analysis and generate insights on existing business performance and areas for improvement to help deliver OKRs and business objectives.Help define 0-1 journeys in key new areas for Allen along with respective functional stakeholders and ensure the success of these new initiatives.a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.Criteria: 6-10 years of total work experience across top-tier consulting or strategy roles or category Management roles in top consumer tech companies in IndiaMBA from a top-tier college in IndiaDemonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while diving deep to provide thorough technical analysis and apply sound business judgmentwillingness to work in an ambiguous environmentopen to travel and relocate to Bangalore PRB
