Export Sales Manager

You shall be managing existing clients of the company with respect to certain countries. You shall also be involved in developing new business by searching new leads or by working on new data given by us.Making business emails , offers , replies to enquiries by emails. Follow ups by calls or emails.Cold calling on databases.Making quotations , Proforma Invoices , Invoices and packing list and other relevant documents which will help in managing existing or getting new clients.Organizing export documentation and file management.Should have depth knowledge about excell and other Ms office applications including outlook.Giving new and innovative ideas to the company to promote its brand and visibilityTravelling with managers or alone for inspection or to the factories when needed.Coordinating with the productiion team for your orders and information.Working over time in office or at home as and when needed.Should have excellent spoken and witten english.Please note this is an entry level position and salary will be around 18K-22K per month.
