We have been expanding rapidly, currently employing over 1000 people and have also served more than 10M happy customers raising over US$ 75M funds till date.Role and Responsibilities:We are looking for someone to be a part of the leading online VMHS brand (HK Vitals) in the country.It will be end to end Brand and P&L Management role, requiring extensive stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams like R&D, Supply Chain, Product, Technology and Channel Sales Teams.High-level strategic thinker with excellent attention to detailsProven track record of success in achieving KPIs related to growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, Influencer Marketing and best practices.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-makingAbility to plan and execute annual NPD calendars based on consumer insights and emerging category trends, conceptualize and formulate products alongside the R&D teams and work on pricing, packaging and GTM strategy to scale up products across online and offline channels.Strong hold on P&L management in a complex framework of multiple categoriesAbility to influence and make strategic recommendations and presentations to leadership.Expertise in leading, mentoring and developing individuals.This role requires a go-getter: proactive and driven to come up with new ideas and solutions, to test and fail and adapt quickly to the dynamic category environment. They are a consumer advocate and understand the scale up of D2C brands and the role of D2C channels.Demonstrated connection to Beauty and Personal Care or Health & Fitness would be a great plus. PRB
