Opportunity Identification: To perform process study, process assessments, design thinking sessions to come up improvement opportunities2. Solution Conceptualization: To understand clients business processes, existing IT landscape and propose relevant transformative solutions3. Stakeholder Communication and Approvals: Pro-actively interact with stakeholders and obtain buy-in on the proposed solutions4. Requirements Documentation: To gather, analyze and document solution requirements (functional as well as non-functional). Liaison with development teams on managing requirements, participate in UAT and realize proposed/estimated benefits -Other Responsibilities1. Case Studies and Client Testimonials: To convert each solution implementation into a high impact case study and reference able client testimonial2. Reporting & MIS: Provide inputs to CoE teams for periodic reports and MIS for respective track/areaWhat are we looking for in you?1. Graduate + MBA from leading A & B-category schools (BE/B.Tech from Grade A engineering colleges will be added advantage) with an excellent academic track record2. 5+ years experience working within a technology field out of which3. Minimum of 4 years' experience post MBA should be in one of the following4. RPA/Cognitive Automation assessments/consulting/implementation5. Business process automation/workflow tools6. Excellent Process domain knowledge7. Certification in one or more of the following is preferred:Automation AnywhereUiPathBlue PrismWork Fusion8. Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive Automation concepts and ROI/business case analysis is a must9. Knowledge of lean/six sigma, Machine learning concepts and basic programming skills (in .Net/C#/PLSQL) will be a plus10. Make solution proposals that show value for money and that sell. Solution champion with good articulation and presentation skills11. Networking skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. Ability to communicate and effectively interact with CxOs12. Work effectively both independently as well as a member of a cross-functional team13. Ability and willingness to mentor other team members14.
