Senior Finance Manager

Objective: The candidate would be responsible for overall finance operations comprising of receivables, payables, fixed assets and payroll and related statutory and internal audits Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Designation: Senior Manager/AVP (depending on internal parity and interview performance) Primary responsibilities of the selected candidate would be to: • Accounts receivable - Revenue recognition, debtors review, revenue MIS • Accounts payable - Review of monthly accruals, drive TAT for internal and external payments, review fixed asset process, vendor analytics • Payroll review and controls • Experience in drafting SOP / process documentation. • Finance operations compliances. • General ledger reconciliations and variance analysis. • Drive monthly close process. • Work closely with controller team, internal and external auditors . Requirements and Skills: • Proven working experience in managing finance operations and lead a team • Experience in system / process automation is desirable. Finance / payroll system implementation experience will be an advantage • Result oriented with strong focus on ownership and drive • 9 -11 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience • Very strong in excel and analysis. • Team management experience is required • Able to manage tough and challenging conversations. Education qualification: • Qualified CA PRB
