Role: Scrum MasterLocation: BangaloreReady to make a meaningful change and create the environment for a team to deliver value, be highly independent, confident in their abilities and flexible enough to adapt to an evolving landscape?We have an exciting role for you as Scrum Master.The RoleLooking for a Scrum Master to who would be accountable to setup, evolve & drive the scrum structure, including all ceremonies & the metrics for the platform teams within the guidelines laid out by client.Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.Solid exposure to the product-platform ways of working in an Agile environment.Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.Upskills team members and facilitates end of sprint retros - contribute to the teams understanding of their in-sprint performance.Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments.Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.Required Skills:Overall, 4 to 8 years of experienceHands on experience as Scrum Master at least for 3-4 yearsExperience in Project Management ToolsCSM/equivalent certificationExcellent Coaching skillsBachelors in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalentGood skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teamsExperience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach (e.g., progress visualization techniques, retrospective formats, approaches for handling bugs, etc.). Preferred Skills/Experience (Any of these is a plus):Knowledge and experience of other agile, lean and DevOps approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent coaching and mentoring skills PRB
