Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences, including investors, clients, and partners.Collaborate with team members across departments to gather information and transform it into visually compelling stories.Ensure all presentations are aligned with our brand standards and communicate our values effectively.Ideate and create additional visual design projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, digital content, and corporate branding collateral.Develop innovative design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy.Produce engaging graphics, layouts, and visual effects for various media including websites, social media, print, and video.Implement and adhere to established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.Continuously evaluate and adapt designs to maintain and elevate the brand's standards.Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message.Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within tight deadlines.Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual messaging across various platforms and media.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proven experience in presentation design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills (experience with corporate presentations is a plus).High proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi) and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools is preferred, showcasing the candidate's ability to contribute to web design projects.Exceptional design aesthetic, creative thinking, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members from different backgrounds and departments.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.A passion for storytelling through visual design.Compensation:The CTC is ₹12 lakhs, with ₹10 lakhs paid monthly over 12 months and a ₹2 lakh annual retention bonus awarded at the end of the 12-month period.A performance bonus is available for those demonstrating superior performance.
