Cimpress India is looking for Senior UX Designers for Mumbai location for its BU - National Pen.As a Senior UX Designer at Pens.com, you will play a crucial role in driving the design vision for our B2B e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will span from user research and ideation to crafting intuitive interfaces and collaborating with stakeholders worldwide. What You'll Do:User-Centric Design:Lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to delivering polished and user-friendly interfaces.Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user insights and feedback.Collaboration Across Time Zones in an Agile Setting:Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in an agile environment to ensure seamless integration of design solutions into the product development lifecycle.Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.Global Stakeholder Engagement:Work with stakeholders across the globe to understand diverse user needs and incorporate global perspectives into the design process.Present and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.Prototyping and Iteration:Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and evolving project requirements.Stay abreast of industry best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.Documentation and Design Standards:Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to ensure consistency and scalability.Contribute to the establishment and adherence to design standards across the organization. What We're Looking For:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.4+ years of professional experience Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, interaction designer, product designer, or related.B2B e-commerce industry experience is preferable.Highly proficient in Figma design software.Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.Expertise in accessibility and global localization in design.Experience with an A/B testing platform (AB Tasty, Optimizely, or similar) is a plus.Functional understanding of Google Analytics and user engagement tools like Hotjar.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with front-end development technologies and processes is a plus.To learn more, visit: http://www.pens.com, Pens.com is a National Pen brand.
