Media specialistPassionate about reaching and engaging talent across the globe? The scope of this role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of RSR's global media function. Providing and coordinating full lifecycle media channel management from procurement through implementation to technical support. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating all requests for inventory globally via Freshdesk ticketing systemLiaising with media vendors for help, escalating technical issues and advising usersGathering cost information from suppliers through liaising with internal ops and external suppliersAnalyzing usage data, evaluating effectiveness and reporting back to Ops teamsAdministrating, tracking invoices and purchases for recruitment media inventoryReporting and budget management, including preparing costings for account teams and producing spending updates throughout the campaign or budget yearAnswering media channel related questions - what is available, what is not, what is the process, what is the current inventory, etc...Off-Boarding colleagues - canceling or re-allocating licenses / assigning / re-assigning licenses/accesses via ticket system Typical outcomes, services and productsLicenses allocationMonthly media usage reports to key stakeholdersTrack and record the Vendor invoices Maintaining list of license holdersCoordinating internally to maximize product utilizationSupport service for Client teams for any other media requests through the helpdesk Key ExpertiseExperience of working within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential Hands on experience of using or other recruitment media vendors would be highly beneficialStrong attention to detailTakes accountability for deliverables Excellent documentation and data management, particularly in use of MS Excel and/or GoogleSheetsExperience in a customer/client facing roleHighly proactive and excellent presentation & multitasking skillsExcellent command of English language and communication skills Qualifications5+ experienceUniversity (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences CompetenciesDigital fluency; Drive for Results; Customer Focus; Quality and detail oriented; Commercial Acumen; Collaborative Influence; People Development; Conceptual Thinking; Project Management PRB
