The company builds products ground up with a strong focus on design and engineering. Currently, the company is in the expansion stage with our factory being set up and getting ready for our vehicle delivery in August. River is a fast growing company with a team of 450+ right now and is backed by marquee international investors - these are mobility focused funds backed by some of the big names in the automotive industry.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our team. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with various departments across the organization to provide financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide financial expertise and support. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and track key financial metrics.Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making on strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation.Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and other stakeholders. Support financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Evaluate the financial impact of business strategies and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience in Automotive or similar industry preferred.Relevant professional certifications CA, CWA, MBA from Tier 1/2 Institutes CFA.
