Manager - Valuation (India Practice)

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Valuation at Management Consulting, located in Gurugram. The Manager - Valuation, will be an important part of the Valuation team, responsible for providing high-quality valuation services to the clients across various industries. You will be involved in conducting valuations for financial reporting, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic purposes.You will be involved in Business/Equity/Financial Valuation, Valuation Analysis, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Due Diligence, Client Interactions, Regulatory Compliance, and keeping a track of Industry Trends and supporting Business Development activities - Proposal Writing, Preparing Client Presentations, Preparing Bid documents) etc. And,  train and mentor team members.Qualifications4-10 years of experience with professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, or CPA.Analytical Skills, Finance, and Financial ServicesStrong understanding of accounting standards like Ind AS, IFRS and US GAAP etc.Ability to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in the management consulting industry with a deep understanding of finance and valuation principles.
