Position Title: Finance Assistant Manager/ManagerCompany Profile: AG Revolution (https://www.agrevolution.in/company)Job Location: Pune/GurgaonDepartment: Accounts & FinanceKey Responsibilities:Spearhead the financial planning and analysis process, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making and business planning.Develop and maintain intricate financial models to evaluate the performance and feasibility of diverse business initiatives, investments, and projects.Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports, presentations, and variance analyses.Offer financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth, optimize costs, and enhance profitability, while managing Account Receivables and engaging stakeholders.Monitor day-to-day transactions to track revenue and profit, ensuring Working Capital Management by controlling cash flows.Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate financial implications of business decisions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, while identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.Qualifications:CA or MBA in Finance or a related field from a reputable institution.A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance, emphasizing financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in project or team management, and achieving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
