The company has its corporate office in Noida and branch offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata.ELIGIBILITY - LLB/LLM 2023 Batch (If you are 2024 Batch, you are eligible to apply if you can get an NOC from your college to work full time as intern)LOCATION - Bangalore (or Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata in case you prefer other metro cities)Key responsibilities:1. Protect the client's legal rights in financial contracts2. Assist senior lawyers to achieve the resolution objectives of the client3. Draft legal documents and submissions to various regulatory authorities4. Work on client acquisition and retention5. Help clients in dispute resolution through mediation and arbitration6.
