The Network Engineer is responsible for supporting SD-WAN, Firewall, Switch, Route, Wireless, VoIP, Microsoft Servers, and VMware environments by applying the in-depth level of networking skills to solve common and complex technical issues. Experience: • 7+ years of professional IT experience• Certifications: Networking, Microsoft, and VMWare certifications preferredRequirement:Must have: •Hands-on experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining UCaaS/VoIP products•Hands-on experience with Routers, Switches, Wireless and Firewall technologies.•Expert knowledge of networking concepts and protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, UDP, IPv4, 802.11, QoS, and routing•Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.•Proven Experience with network hardware and infrastructure such as routers, hubs, servers, VPNs, and switches for Local LANs, WANs, and Wireless LANsNice to Have:•Advanced Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows Server, Windows 10, VMware, Exchange Server, Data Backup technologies, SAN technologies, and Advanced network troubleshooting.•Good Working knowledge of security aspects of networking.•Vendor Support: Velocloud SD-WAN, Meraki, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, and more.
