We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong that specializes in supplying a whole set of B2B solutions in personal hygiene products and raw materials. We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager for our Indian company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED.Job Title: Purchasing Officer Objectives of this Role:Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various products to meet the company's needs and objectives.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms, and manage supplier relationships.Monitor market trends and prices to ensure competitive pricing and quality of products.Manage the entire purchasing process, including sourcing, ordering, and shipping.Work closely with the marketing team to understand product specifications and requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure quality standards are met.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and technologies to enhance the company's product offerings.Work Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai, India Candidate Requirement:Must have proven 5 years working experience in sourcing and purchasingExtensive knowledge of end-to-end sourcing, buying, and shipping processesStrong negotiation and communication skillsSolid analytical and organizational skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsProven track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and achieving cost savings.Proficient in Zoho One, Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareFluency in English is must.Interested candidates kindly send us your updated CV with expected salary via email: hr@tradeomaticltd.com Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.  PRB
