We are hiring for Process Lead - Trade Processing for Bangalore Location.Location: BangaloreQualification: B.com and MBA or equivalent degreeShift: Flexible with US hoursExperience: Min 4 YearNotice Period - Immediate to 30 days onlyMode of Work - Work from Office full 5 days a weekJob DescriptionJob Functions/ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead, he/she will need to ensure smooth and hassle free transitions and error free operations of one of our critical US client. He / She is expected to work with onshore through KT sessions and draft SOPs, quality controls and other transition related documents; He/she is expected to have effective verbal and written communication with key stakeholders. He/ She will have a thorough knowledge of SOPs/related check points, act as a disciplined and positive team member.Primary skills/experiencePosition is to support the day-to-day operations for transaction processing for Future collateral, Prime Brokerage activities, factor paydown processing, cleared/non cleared OTC trades, equity options, Variation margins, mark to market trades, trade booking and cancelations received from global brokers and various custodians. Incumbent should possess knowledge on equities, collaterals, Variation margins, He/she should have the ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines. Can effectively work in teams; liaise with internal clients, client services & relationship managers. Good to have skills Accountability for service quality of the team.
