ANSR is today one of the largest drivers of FDI into India with over $1.5B of capital investments.What you will be Responsible forOwning a Product / Sub-product from the T500 Suite end-to-end - Driving the strategy and user value proposition, competitor research, identification of market gaps, determination and prioritization of featuresPlanning and executing the Product Roadmap for the specific product owned by you in consultation with key internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with the Engineering and UX teams to ensure predictable, efficient and effective delivery of features that drive company objectives measurablyEvangelise and communicate the product plan both internally and externallyManage, Coach and Mentor other product managersWhat are we looking for :6-8 years of experience with at least 4-6 years of Product Management experienceProven problem solving skills in a dynamic environmentAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to determine and effectively communicate the right product planAbility to groom, mentor and manage team membersB2B SaaS experience is preferredHR Tech background is a plusComputer Engineering / Software Development background is a plusWHY WORK AT TALENT500:Build the future of work: We're working on a problem every business leader understands deeply.
